Signature Stories were a critical next step in Otis global service transformation as a vehicle to share Signature Service with the world.
Leading San Francisco video production company Feel Good Video captured a day in the life of passionate service professionals in San Francisco. Videos were completely unscripted. Instead, we’ve got to know Otis service members through ride-alongs, customer site visits and personal interviews so we could find out what moves them and tell their story in their own words. In addition to the featured employees, we’ve photographed broader service teams to use in future Otis materials and support the brand launch.
